Woman at a mountain outlook

Mission:

At Found Bridge, we believe that the health of individuals, relationships and communities starts with authentic connection. Our mission is to cultivate connection through fun, through openness and respect, and through genuine dialogue. Sometimes this is as simple as coming together through shared experiences with an open mind and open heart. Other times, this is a deliberate and effortful practice that challenges us deeply.

We strive to foster connection between people, between ideas, and between where we are and where we want to be in our lives.

Community:

When we gather with others over a shared experience, we find points of connection that bolster our ability to manage our differences. When we listen to people’s stories, we find inspiration, compassion, and shared humanity. At Found Bridge, we aim to cultivate community events and partnerships that foster meaningful engagement.

Personal or Business Relationships:

Sometimes the distance between people or ideas can seem insurmountable. A bridge between divides can be found and fortified through effective, authentic, and purposeful communication. At Found Bridge, we use evidenced-based and research-tested tools from the Gottman Institute and others who are experts in relationships and negotiation.

Personal Growth:

We all find ourselves at a crossroads eventually.

Perhaps we are naturally facing a life change like graduating, getting married, becoming parents, kids launching, career changes or retirement.

Other times, life has thrust us into transition unexpectedly through loss or new circumstances that we did not anticipate.

Sometimes, we want to push ourselves into transition because we want to grow. The desire for change can feel exciting and daunting at the same time.

When we face these times of upheaval, it can be hard to navigate how to get from point A to point B. The choices we face can feel overwhelming. We can feel frozen or unsure where to start.

At Found Bridge, we partner with people on their path to growth, supporting their journey with researched and effective tools for sustainable change.
